RETURNS

You may only return the item if it is Damaged, Wrong Item Delivered and Incorrectly Dispensed. Once the proof of delivery has been signed, you may not return the item under Change of Mind. We encourage you to review and inspect delivery parcel upon delivery so that courier could facilitate the return or exchange of order if there is an inconsistent in dispensing.

RETURNS can only be valid and approved for the following reasons:
1. Damaged Item
2. Wrong Item Delivered
3. Incorrectly Dispensed

Your item can only be returned within 1 calendar days after you receive your order. Any problems encountered after a day will not be accommodated under our Return Policy.

We do not provide refunds to return items but we will send replacements if the reason for the return is valid and approved. The customer will need to shoulder the shipping fee for the return item be sent as well as the shipping and handling expenses for the item to be exchanged for the returned item.
